Breakfast: omelet (2 eggs, 1 egg white, 1/2 tbsp. butter, splash of milk, spinach, red pepper, cilantro, avocado), frozen berries w/coconut milk, coffee.
(Thinking I should rename this blog "how many ways can I take pictures of an omelet?")
Working a double shift, 12pm-12am today, which I am probably going to be late for because I'm posting this instead of showering.
Up almost two lbs. from yesterday morning @116.4 probably due to work food's rice/beans/aspartame/sugar extravaganza last night. My weight's been pretty steady all week so far: 114.4, 114.8, 115, 144.6, surprisingly. That usually does NOT happen when I start eating more/purging less. I know it's just water shifts and glycogen stores, and I would think this fixation is fairly stupid and trivial in anyone else (some might call this "judgemental", some might call it "perspective"), but of course that doesn't apply to me and my ~unique brand of neuroses~. (Kidding. Very much. There's that perspective kicking in.)
