

Breakfast: omelet (2 eggs, 1/2 tbsp. butter, splash of milk, 1/4 avocado, cilantro, hot sauce), red pepper, 1/2 banana, melon/grapes/blueberries, coffee with half'n'half.

Snack: a few of these.
I was all set to ignore the fact that they're 90% flour and sugar and say that they're Paleo, due to their rabbit shape and the fact that I hunter-gathered them (I warned you this was going to be loose Paleo, right?) but then they weren't even that appealing so I had about six and put the rest back.
EXERCISE: 4.5 mile run & some pushups.

Snack: 2x espresso.
Worked 3pm-11:30pm at the restaurant where I wait tables. Was still ravenous after run/lunch and wanting carbs/sugar like crazy. I'm guessing that's my body sending up a "not enough calories!" SOS.
Dinner: "Picanha" - ~3oz. steak, rice, black beans, salsa verde.
Snacks: 2x diet Guarana soda, couple pieces of candy. (aka PaleoFail...eo?)
(b/p - couple times at work, 2x after work.) Stayed up til 4am working on the Facebook page for the restaurant.
